| Using special die-cast aluminum bases, our standard lights
provide years and years of trouble-free service.
A number of features make these low-cost units a better choice for your application. No intervening coupler or additional connecting devices are required, resulting in faster installation with no loss in reliability. A simple set screw provides direct, positive connection with the supporting conduit. A specially designed clamp attaches the protective globe to the base without the use of screws or bolts, saving time during installation and service. Valley can adapt to special mounting requirements of your installation, including break-away couplings. Our runway and taxiway lights are equipped with standard incandescent lamp sockets (Edison base). The protective glass is available in all standard colors. | |

The unique design of our standard light base allows it to be fully weatherproof. Valley Illuminators can adapt these systems to special requirements, including the use of quartz lamps instead of standard incandescents. A specially adapted base can for NASAO/IES installations is also available. |
